STEP 01

The Welcome Call

We start with a conversation to understand your vision, inspiration, and explain our process while confirming your project is the right fit for Southern Pool Designs. We are selective with the projects we take on, creating an exclusive experience that ensures every project receives the white-glove service it deserves.

Before scheduling the on-site design consultation, we’ll need your house survey, any inspiration photos, timeline, and budget guidance. We approach this as partners, not salespeople. The clearer your goals and budget, the more value we can create, ensuring every dollar contributes to a pool that balances artistry and function.

STEP 02

On-Site Design Consultation

At the walk-through, we’ll discuss design possibilities side by side while our team maps your property with advanced laser scanning technology. This level of precision guarantees your pool integrates flawlessly with the character of your home.

The vision comes to life with a Design Deposit, applied directly to your project when you move forward. Beyond reserving your spot in our build schedule, it unlocks a full design experience: custom layouts, detailed 3D renderings, curated finish selections, and engineering that eliminates surprises. This is where expertise meets artistry and why our work is award-winning.

STEP 03

The Signature Experience

The Signature Experience is your dedicated showroom session where everything takes shape. We’ll finalize the design, select finishes, and ensure every detail is perfect. Once the design is set, you’ll receive a clear, detailed proposal, we’ll sign the contract, and move seamlessly from planning to building.

From there, with your project officially underway, we secure your timeline and set our in-house permitting and engineering team into motion. Every detail is prepared in advance so that when it’s time to break ground, everything is ready to move forward without delay.
